i love skillet. they're amazing. to me, and to make it short and simple, it seems like a relationship gone wrong, and when it started he thought if it ended it wouldn't hurt bad but now that it has, it's pretty much hung him dry. hence "we've spent way too long on the times we've missed, I didn't know then it would hurt like this" it's kind of self-explanitory, but thats just what i get from it. pretty much a relationship that went wrong, and emotions were stronger than they ever could have imagined. im probably wrong though x] |

i pretty much agree with everything everyone else has said. im kinda going through this situation, and im sure everyone else can relate to this at one time or another. "i dont wanna fall asleep, cause i dont know if ill get up" is perfect. its got a really deep meaning, and the jonas brothers are just amazing. definitely my favorite song on the album. x] |

i agree with dannysmyman, but it sounds like he's saying he's hoping she regrets the breakup whenever she sees him hence "when you see my face hope it gives you hell" like i said making her regret it but thats just my thoughts? I'm probably wrong though great song =] |
