i know eh? everyone thinks songs are about drugs, (although i will admit a lot of good rock songs are) people are just to ignorant these days (and im sure someone is reading that getting mad cause i said ignorant and they think i mean they are being rude..) just because a spoon is used in the process fo doing heroin doesnt mean this song HAS to be about it, yet on the fuckin record/tape/cd (call it what u will) it clearly credits Artis the Spoonman, an indead they met that plays the spoons and does the solo in the song, its just about a new friend they made with an unusual talent.

im sure all of us have our own stories similar to this song... ya know, bad relationships ending, abusive parents, dead family and friends and so on and so forth... my personal story - my bitch ex gf (of 5 years engaged for 1 of them) cheated on me with my best friend sent me into a really deep depression and anger stage, i held in so much shit and the day i walked in my house and seen that shit going on in my bed i lost it i went absolutly ape shit.... that was about 3 months ago... im all good now and i realize *fuck that bitch shes a waste of my time and i deserve better*... but yea long story short this song makes me feel better because in a cruel and unusual way its good to know someone else is going through that kind of pain... makes you feel not so alone |

it kicked your ass in the face? thats pretty fuckin bad ass dude lmao... but yea this whole cd is amazing, they really improoved on the soloing, although i think the drums are a little bland compared to ascendancy and the crusade... but none the less i like the aproach of addressing americas failing society on this album, im american (canadian) and i can honestly say we are slowly raping ourselves |
