I think it's about like, someone who doesn't give enough credit to themself & so they fall behind; "Hey, don't pay no mind We are the second, You're minutes behind So you say, "yeah I'm alright" You are the fortunate, all the time" "don't pay no mind" to what you could be doing "we are the second, you're minutes behind" I think that means like, you didn't do what you were supposed to so you fell behind, but "you are the fortunate all the time" you have the fortune of time, like, if you do what you're capable of then you'll be with the seconds. There's more examples to support that in the song, I think. It's just what i think of it, anyway. Hahaha. I'm probably waaaay off =P |
