i think it's not that he actually ran to her house and they shared a last night together, because "i'd" is "i would", so he's drinking somewhere wishing that he had. he's kinda playing it out in his head as he's getting drunk. "here's 2 for being unaware that you're gone." if she's gone, how is he gonna go to her house? my favorite song. ever. i actually wrote a story with this as my writing music. the play count on itunes is like, 400. it's pretty pitiful. |
