Rx Bandits – Dinna-Dawg (And The Inevitable Onset Of Lunacy) Lyrics 17 years ago
I think that the first commenter is mostly right, but they're missing out something key. The song is about pimping and prostitution and how it's a byproduct of our modern consumer lifestyle. It's about how the capitalist system is corrupting everything.

The bridge, starting with "It all starts with a sound/And a firm embrace/The will to conspire/The will to suck-seed," is probably the biggest tip-off. From there they get pretty explicit about the sexual nature of this "will to conspire," as the lines build to the big reveal "The green gleam and the four-legged fiend/A flick of fountain and the King's been hailed/Don't worry baby 'cause we're all for sale."

The other lines "if I ripped your heart right from you, would you feel it?/Would you feel it at all," are probably about the pimp, or maybe the dehumanizing nature of the sex trade.

Streetlight Manifesto – Down Down Down to Mephisto's Cafe Lyrics 17 years ago
I have to say that this song comes off more ambiguous to me than as a pro-atheism song. Don't get me wrong, this is certainly anti-church, and pretty anti-organized religion as well, but the line about "a man with fire in his heart" is too close to many Christian (especially Catholic) depictions of Jesus. Likewise, the line "I remember it was years ago, you know I still count the days" so close to the line about the man with fire seems like a joke about our calender starting year 1 at Jesus' Birth. Also, "Agenda magazines" can be seen as both anti-Christian agenda and anti-secular agenda.

I'm still not sure what to make of the song, and I like the idea of it being a pro-atheism song, I just find it hard to reconcile that idea with the second half of the bridge. I think Ken (other Ken, above), is probably the closest here. The album is "Somewhere In The Between" and I think this song, like many of the others on the album, are about finding that comfortable place inbetween.
