I think he is humorously commenting on how people these days deal with their problems. "Block out all your demons with white noise, pills, and Jesus" and "grab what you can from the medicine chest" He's saying that people use these things as a crutch and a way to ignore what's wrong. |

I like this song because it's catchy and has a good beat. That being said, the line "You don't know what you've got, 'til you're missing it a lot" is like nails on a chalkboard to me. Lyrics don't get much worse than that... |
