hm, i always took this song as a girl who was a combination depressed / antisocial, and wanted a different life, better and more exciting than her own. "lives her life from inside of a room", "going places where she's never been" and "ooh jackie what fun you have had" makes me think of somebody who rejects reality and lives in dreamland to escape their troubles, and is content that way. not to over analyze haha. i think i got that idea from a personal experience. |
