First comment...okay...This song to me is saying that he knows he's hurt her, and he just wants to apologize, and move on without doing any more damage. He says, "this is my last goodbye, I've hurt you enough". As if to say, just live your life without me, because it'll make you happier. That's just my take. Great song! |

By the way...if you'd buy the cd instead of just ripping it offline, you'd know all the lyrics, and not have to go by what you hear. The question marks are actually "I want to know myself so bad it hurts. But I am a shelf holding UNREAD WORDS" Support the artists, especially ones as good as Senses Fail. |

This song is absolutley amazing. Buddy's voice sounds fantastic, and his lyrics have only gotten better. The very end is the best. It slows down to a muted guitar. I know exactly what he feels like. It's about trying to forget someone who you spent a lot of time with and really loved, and just constantly missing them. That's my take on it. Awesome album...well worth the wait! |
