I think it's about a person who wants to love someone but whenever it begins to grow they runaway and put up walls. This song is sort of sung from the perspective of the person behind the walls, wishing they would come tumbling down, even though they're scared. To plead for this they want the person they might be falling in love with to remember how they were when their true feelings overcame their fear..asks that they help bring them back because they're so scared and can't do it alone... |

Agreed. I think the line "it lasts forever when you let it go" sums it up better than any interpretation could. |
