Bit of a random meaning,but this song reminds me of my grandma who passed away last year. Her name was marigold(a type of flower),and this song,especialy the line'apartaran la flor,esa flor de me vida'always makes me cry.love this song so much,and it will always remind me of her: ) |

New here,but had to add my point:) went through a rough patch a few years ago,lost my job,no money,no food,behind on rent etc. Had crazy 5 minutes and decided to move to somewhere new with my best mate and start again. Best thing i ever did:)anyway,id heard this song so many times..im a huge fan of staind,but had never really thought about the meaning. One night,sitting by the sea watching the sun go down,this song came on my mp3 player..and i burst into tears..happy ones:) it just clicked..'this is my life,its not what it was before'.it felt like it was written just for me-aaron has such an incredible talent for connecting to people through his music,and,as tacky as it sounds,this song changed my life : ) |
