| James Taylor – Ananas Lyrics | 16 years ago |

I don't think it's that crude. From this line : "Talkin' 'bout your ananas So sweet on the inside, Rough on the outside." and given the content of the rest of the song, he's likening the girl to a pineapple. Soft on the inside but spiky on the outside (a defensive cold exterior), and he wants her to let him in and open up her defensive shell. |

| Dave Matthews Band – Crash Into Me Lyrics | 16 years ago |

Apparently he said in an interview that it is a fantasy from a voyeurs persepective...or something. But I agree with the view that it is a boy, just sexually awakened. Boy because "in a boys dream" and the way the lyrics are expressed is very childish, and in the song the words "I'm the king of the castle and you're the dirty rascal" is sung, which is a childrens rhyme (the double meaning of dirty also very sexual). The S and M references are also there. Which fits as, when a boy first becomes interested in sex, it's quite intense and his fantasies will be vivid and overpowering and rather explicit rather than loving (he never says he loves her, it's all about her body). He's also clearly inexperianced - "if i've gone overboard forgive me". This song just sounds like a hormone ridden teenage boy! |

| Bloc Party – Better Than Heaven Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| I'm a Christian, and this song makes me laugh as I've heard it all from boyfriends trying to get me to have sex with them! But these song lyrics annoy me on that count, because I'm sure like me, abstaining from sex means a lot to his partner, and it's a moral choice, and he's saying that it's "boring" and it's clear all he's interested in is sex. If he wanted anything more from this person he wouldn't be saying these things. If I was in his position I would want them to be exactly who they are and like them no matter what their belief and preferences. | |
| The Script – Rusty Halo Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| This clearly has a religious interpretation. About the judgement day when your soul will be judged. You don't know when it's coming and your halo might be "rusty" but you gotta try to shine it before it's judged, not to try and find a "loophole" or a way to justify your actions in life. | |
| Ludacris – Move Bitch Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| The verses are shoddy rapping. But the chorus makes me laugh. | |
