deffo powder. typical of dgd to do that. that's a good thing i should add. also i think it works better with the rap. why do it screaming the way everyone else would, it's more unique with the rap. my old band was a screamo band, but we love hip hop so used rap/samples and such loads coz it set us apart from everyone else. thats what dgd are, set apart from other bands in theyre 'genre' www.myspace.com/wearethedeal is my old band btw if ya wanna check lol. |

i honestly don't think this song is about the break up of a relationship. i think it's more the relationship never happend. he likes a girl he's friends with but doesnt wanna say coz altho he thinks she has feelings, he's unsure, but then puckers up the courage to tell her. she doesnt feel the same and he doesnt understand why coz theyre so close ' I'll leave the lights down low so she knows I mean business And maybe we could talk this over Cause I could be your best bet Let alone your worst ex And let alone your worst... ' he's asking why, whs wrong with me, he says 'i wanna hate you so bad but i can't' because he's hurt but he thiks so much of her an jus cant hate she then says she doesnt realise how he cuda got the impression she had feelings and hes sayin can you honestly not see how i have, the way we talk have fun and are so close. knowing the kinda guy he is she shuda seen he'd get attached. he says its all wrong, and how he'd promised to not say anything but just had to say something, and explaining why she makes him feel like that, 'you've got this silly way of keping me on the dge of my seat' maybe the girl actually thrives on this attention he also doesnt wana lose the friendship and make it awkward 'lets never talk about this again' he says how he never anted the felings i didnt wannit to man that much to me' this is whats just happend to me and thats why i believe this song means that, and its not about a relationship. |
