Blue Veins=Blue Blood=Someone who is rich
Before the album, jack married his super rich model wife, and it's a song for her. |

Yeah, I think it's about our letting out primitive instictual sexual desires.
Boom light the fire, howl howl howl...
Sonic of the moon flips them inside out....about the strange things the moon does to us.
We have wolf minds... |

| The White Stripes – Little People Lyrics

The whole concept behind the Stripes is that they're "children" The first album, being very primitive, is very childlike in nature, and take "white blood cells" and "elephant" which sound more adolescant in tone.
But my point, imagine in this song that Jack is say, 3 or 4 years old singing this song, and it might make a little more sense to you. |

The whole concept of the White Stripes is that they're supposed to be "children" This song is about Jack being a little boy and simply being confused as what to do, because being a child, who takes you seriously anyway? So what's to do? |

He's explaing why he is the way he is to (his wife, i assume) so that she will ossibly let him be the way he is. "There's a duty to this loneliness, the good of everyone involved...but the rest will be explained to you as our bodies begin to revolve." |

| The White Stripes – 300 M.P.H. Torrential Outpour Blues Lyrics

The song is about his frustration of having to keep the White Stripes going. He's running dry..."I'm bringing back ghosts that are no longer there." He's singing about things that don't matter to him because he's pretty well off and the angst in his lyrics is no longer there. But he can't help but laughing, cuz he has fun playing with Meg "Singing these 300 mph outpor blues."
IS the album as a whole a little too produced for the stripes? Am I alone in this? |

I take this song as being relieved but dissappointed at the end of the day. Are I'm pretty sure the lyrics go:
"Put my eyes out, hold my breath away....until I say hey, hey hey." |
