I don't know if you guys have seen this, but: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solomon_Islands Noro is a town in the Solomon Islands. Read that top bio and the World war II and Independence thing, and tell me everything that that says isn't a reference to the song. Arter, I see what you did with Solomon from the Bible, but I really think it's a reference to this stuff. I came to this song. |

I don't think it's the end of SLR... I portrayed that and I didn't mean to haha... I meant, do you think Adam asked John to come back to TBS? "But you want me where I was And you still remind me I'm through with the past But the past isn't through with me" Maybe Adam asked John to come back, and John turned him down. Because he's done with TBS. Also, what's up with the EPs? I want an album, damn it! haha |

Good job. I was just about to do this. I think this is about his days at the end of his time, and even possibly after his time with TBS. He was lost, because he always had TBS. He was depressed, but also sick of the depressing songs Lazarra wrote... "Where I spoke with a tongue that wasn't mine to faces I couldn't recognize." He was singing songs he didn't agree with or want to sing in TBS. ...So he started Straylight Run. And here he is. As far as the meaning of the chorus... Has he had thoughts about leaving Straylight Run and going back to TBS? Michelle left SLR for Destry... and now that Fred's not in TBS anymore, have Adam and John been talking? No idea, honestly. I hope Straylight Run is here to stay. But for the fact that John has a solo record coming out... Is this the end of Straylight? |
