Whenever i hear this song this is all i can picture. A group of kids that don't want to go through life not doing anything to be remembered by, they want to make a change, they want to be remembered, they don't want to follow the normal, they will leave their homes and see how much better they can do. a huge group of kids. with ripped and torn clothes, with hollywood undead leading them throughout the streets. And all the streets are destroyed and ruined. But you see the kids with hope in their eyes. Thats what this song means. |

One of his first changes in his life. Getting rid of the girl that only made his life miserable. You know when your in a relationship, and it reached that part where all you are doing is lying trying to keep things intact, but its only hurting both of you. He is done with her, he is changing. |

hmm, this song doesnt seem like it has anything to do with the bands overall cd story... It almost sounds like he is at Mercels funeral. |

So after the first few songs in the story, Buddy realised it will be harder than he though to change who he is. Now he is at the lowest point of this story, again in depression. He reassures himself that he will always be depressed, that people will not change. (Too bad that isnt true if you keep following the story of the album:] ) |

| Senses Fail – Blackout Lyrics | 17 years ago |
|
This is the end of the album, where it all comes to a climax. Buddy is free. He is a little nervous to be completely free, now with out any affection, but he will make it through. He is now thinking about the positives, trying to push out the bad things, he is trying to ease up on drinking and thoughs of sucide, but it isnt going well. I believe its an open ending story to start up a whole new starting to a new album |

This song is quiet easy to understand if you get the whole "finding yourself" idea of the album. Think of yourself standing around a big metaphorical hole, and that is the hole of depression that you have been struggling with for years and years, just like buddy has. He has finally gotten out of that hole, and he says if he will fall back into depression, well hes got the ladder and gloves to get right back on top. He knows what he did wrong and how not to do it again. He has started to figure out he doesn't need love to feel fulfilled. He has got much of what he needed to be happy. He may not know what to do now, because he has been depressed for so long, but anything is better than being in that hole. He is just going to go with the flow, and see what happens... |

On their myspace, Buddy explains how this is his reaction to meeting Marcel. (Read my comment on four years to know who Marcel is). They say this song was buddy's reaction to meeting Marcel and how he needed to live in the moment and love himself and life. |

| Senses Fail – Four Years Lyrics | 17 years ago |

This song is very easy to understand. Mostly because Buddy explained it on their myspace page. Buddy met a terminally ill fan (Marcel) on one of his tours he became very close to him. (Yellow Angels explains how me met and because close to him and all of their experiences.) But one day his mom came to Buddy and said his cancer was worsening, buddy flew out there to spend all the time he could before he passed away. This is what buddy wrote about it. “It was one of the most intense and stirring times in my life. The sheer pain this 18-year-old boy was in was mind blowing, yet his optimistic outlook and sense of humor was steadfast. This kid changed my life and although he is no longer with us, he lives on everyday in the pictures I took with him, to remind myself that life is never as bad as you think it is." This song is written about his passing, how buddy handled it, what he felt like inside. He tried everyway to make it better, started with alcohol for a while, that made him empty, time wasnt even passing anymore. He could only give up and be happy he was finnaly free. To understand this more, listen to the lyrics and think of someone who passed away, maybe from an illness? It will reach your heart and you will understand. R.I.P. Marcel |

part 5, I believe that he realised after he changed not being his father, that there are a million other things he needs to change. Its overwhelming. He freaks out a lot, realising how many things he needs to change. ANd he tries not to let the bad things back into his mind (wolves). |

part 4. One of the first changes he realises is his father. He hates being like him, following exaclty what his family did, this is his first major change. |

| (i will probably comment on all the songs going in order of the cd, and explaining the story to the best of my ability) | |
| Senses Fail – Garden State Lyrics | 17 years ago |

part 3. This is when he wants to change his life, right now. He just awoke, and realised this is the day that he is going to change his life, stop lieing and become himself. (i will probably comment on all the songs going in order of the cd, and explaining the story to the best of my ability) |

Second part of the cd. He realised that he is killing himself on the inside trying to make himself important.. He is stopping how he is acting, from all the bad luck he is receiving. He gace up on her, he realised that he still has problems, but he now has one less problem |

If you understand the meaning of the whole cd you will understand this song. The meaning of this album is to forget about the past, change who you are, change into who you really are, take those chances, make memories. Now since this song is first, you can understand that they are in the low pit of their life, they want to make this change. So they are saying how they are going to get out of this rut, and do/see everything and everyone they wanted to. amazing cd. |

THIS SONG IS GOING TO BE HUGE! im calling it. huge. To sum this song up: He doesnt want to be his dad. he has tried many times to get ride of everything possible to be less like him. He has tried suicide before. Buddy is confused, he just wants to be himself, not follow his family genes like his father. But its harder than he though. |

| Lil' Wayne – Got Money Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| In the video of this song, Weezy was saying how George Bush didnt do shit to help the people of Katrina. Then he goes into a bank to rob it. But he robbed it for the people, to help them out not him. I doubt this song has anything to do with Katrina, but its weird to see a rapper like wayne talk about political stuff | |

| The girl he lost best was his mother, she died around the time they were producing this song. | |
