I think of it very simply: When you're with a person who means the world to you, no matter how many people are around, all you can see and all that matters is him/her. "Have you ever been alone in a crowded room? Well, I'm here with you I said the world could be burning till there's nothing but dark blue Just dark blue" It doesn't matter what's going on (the world could be burning down), it really doesn't matter since he/she is there. "We were boxing, we were boxing the stars" When I hear that, I think of Romeo and Juliet, two star-crossed lovers. Their paths met, but they had to fight destiny, as their paths were just ment to cross. So, boxing the stars makes me think that there is something going against you, but you and him/her will fight it together so you can stay together. |
