This is what I think about hearing this song: The devil is in fact who the populous of earth worship, though they portray him as a 'god'. And god is in fact in chains in the depths of hell. On earth it would appear that the phenomenon being worshiped is 'God' where only hatred is cast toward the true God, who is chained in hell. (Thus it would appear that the populous of earth has been tricked into a role reversal via the actual Devil) The Devil is still envious that God had such a large role in the society of earth hence '“God! Why do the millions worship you instead of I?' However because the Devil has replaced God (but has done so so that the populous of earth is unaware) he must be assigned the title 'God'. He is not able to rein over with his original title. He is envious that his actual name is not in use. This is probably tricky to understand. Regardless this track is absolutely interesting and I love listening to it. If anyone has seen Spirited Away, I associate the importance of 'names' in such a way as they do in the movie. |

| This is fucking pathetic. Why is this popular at all?! I honestly am a fan of rap, I think it is a beautiful form of expression, but this is petty rap. Basically there is nothing being expressed in this song aside from 'Lil' John's' lack of talent. | |
