Definitely a good song about becoming really agnostic when really you hadn't even considered whether a god existed or not before. Because no modern records truly hold any physical evidence for proof of a deity, nobody can disprove he/she/its existence - "when you're quiet no one proves you wrong" A lot of really intelligent and otherwise rational people seem to have a lot of unshakeable faith in a god, so some people just accept that there must be one if people they respect do believe - "if you fool the best of them, the rest will come around". Excellent song. And personally no, I don't believe at all. |

I love, "you cover up your bedroom walls with who you want to be" - makes me think of someone plastering their walls with posters of bands/movie stars that they aspire to be. I know so many people who don't even want to just be 'like' someone they admire, they try to emulate them so much they almost become the person... scary. |
