Ok i have a friend that does just this to every guy she ever dates.... she cant stand to be hovered all the time. She wants him to be on his toes for her all the time you know come running when she wants him but leave when she doesnt. its not a personal space issue its just the fact that she has no idea what she wants...when she has them she doesnt want them...when she doesnt have them she wants them again. She doesnt want to be lonely, but she doesnt want them around all the time. |

I think that maybe she had no choice but to leave...for whatever reason. Maybe she thought the relationship wasnt that serious so she went on with her plans to leave, but the closer it gets to time she is having a harder time than she thought she would because she actually aquired feelings for him, but she has to leave, and she tries to seperate herself and he gets angry cuz he wants to be with her. He tells her that she doesnt understand what she is putting him through. so he trys to convince her of his feelings even though she may not want to hear it. "I caught you 'cause I want you and one day I'll let you go. You try to give away a keeper, or keep me 'cause you know you're just scared to lose. And you say, "Stay." this part i think is just showing their confusion of their feelings. neither know what to do... |

| Yes of course there is sex in it but thats not what its about. Its talking about how fast a physical relationship can turn into an emotional one. At first the song states her physical characteristics then it begins talking about how he feels when hes with her then it leads to sex. The song begins to talk about then sinking into his mind...hes not just thinking of her in a sexual way anymore...feelings come with it...just my thought on this amazing and catchy song | |
