Here's the thing, it's not just jersey Kids who aren't at the heart of things exist EVERYTHING, and dance and sing and fuck and vadalise to their heart's content. I'm from Quebec and it's still true here, maybe not exactly but the spirit's the same. There's nothing more beautiful than a misspent youth. |

This song has more truth in it than anything I've ever heard I was looking for a quote from it to use for something and I couldn't find anything, because the enitre song is this one fantastic quote. This if World/Inferno at their lyrical best |

Really, really funny song. There's nothing serious about it, the really lax attitude pissed me off at first, but even the girl's perspective is deluded and unrealistic: it's not as though they had a secret wedding, so where's the "romantic"? Fun piece of work. |

In the bit where she sings "One is a...", i'd always thought it was "One plays a..." I think it's one part bored outcasts, one part a "what the f-ck?" at the kids who come from good homes who can't be bothered to return the universe some good. |

Bavaria's a province in southern Germany, actually. I really, really love Amanda Palmer, solo or with the Dolls. This is just one of many moments of brilliance. |
