The problem with all this rabble, not downing anyones values, is that you never know. You can believe it to the point where you fell it exist's but at the end of the day its you and death. Afterlife or not everyone dies alone. The beauty of it all is that we are in this as togheter. Thats why you need to say fuck it. Be you. Ever read survivor? (fight club guy) He had a mess of problems but didn't care. he embraced them. Just be the best version of you. Take every second and don't you dare get scared or give it back. |

I have a theory on the the broken bone line. "The worlds a broken bone" A.K.A the skull and your brain. The skull is many fractured or broken bones together. The world is referring, excuse spelling, to one thoughts or pyschology(the world is only what your mind makes of it). "Melt your headaches call it home." When your melting something you usually can melt two metals, indifferent or otherwise, into one. Referring back to the pyschology of how an individual, or in this case ryan, perceives the world. To summerize, he took everything that bothered him and melted it down to one or more causes. Which i am guessing the biggest headache is other peoples greed. If im piecing this together right
Ryan grew up a very innocent kid with a crappy childhood. and of course when you grow up with peoples addictions you grow to hate peoples greed because it always falls on you and the people you love. sometimes that same greed chases others away. Which as far as i can tell someone he loved left him. Its not the song im trying to break down its why this particular line means so much to him.
I would love to hear feedback on this because i am human and could be wrong but i hope i did good with this one. |

Also I do like tashtimes theory but sadly its too hipocritical to half the lyrics. I think when the :black book" fell out she accidently took down the "people inside". not intentally. And to add to my theory one of them grew up in a catholic family. Hence the first verse. Im sorry i cant remeber who im talking about but its either brendon or ryan. Again i could always be wrong but thats the fun of this. |

COuld it possible that the hooker was actually his mom? I know one of the band members had a horrible childhood as he delt with an acholic dad and etc. Also in most of the songs they usually tell, in some way, what this character means to the other but in this one. Nothing is mentioned. |
