I am totally in the same situation right now. I used to complain how my ex-fling and I were never officially a couple (facebook official ya know?) and now that hes gone, I am having a hard time without him. I have realized how much I enjoyed just having him around and spending time with him. I have also realized that that was the important stuff. We ended on kind of bad terms and are finally starting to talk a little again. I have told him that I "miss" him, but I dont have the guts to tell him the truth because I am afraid he will either laugh at me or disregard it all together. So I just wanted to let you know you are no the only that has felt this way. It really is true what they say, you dont know what you have until it's gone. So I copied the link to a cover of this song on youtube by Pete Hoover and also copied and pasted your comment into a note on facebook. I hope you dont mind.
