I'll be honest, I get embarrassed while listening to a song like this one. I mean these guys are my parent's ages and they're talking about getting on chicks at the club...
The only thing is that I can't stop listening to the new album. I may be young enough to be their kid, but it's so well done that I usually put the age out of my mind. This song is really great and NKOTB can sing so well that their age shouldn't even matter. |

I sincerely hope that the third and fourth lines didn't physically happen to her. What kind of a-hole boyfriend hits a girl? Well, one that got broken up with as we can see! Even though no one's actually hit me, I can really relate to this song. There've been guys who treated me like shit and it was just a vicious cycle of mean-ness all around, but eventually we grew up and got over it. Now I'm really thankful for them because they made me so much stronger as my own person and if any future flame does anything to hurt me, physically or not, I can hold my own and dish it right back twice as strong. Thanks boys!! |

This is such a cute girly song. It's pretty much the exact opposite of Should've Said No. I love how positive it is, that's such a departure from most of Taylor's 'get back at him' songs. I like hearing cute lovey-dovey songs about a great boy. It makes hopeful that there's really good guys out there for all of us ladies to find. |

From what I know about the history behind this song, it's a really good song to get back at your jerk boyfriend. Breakups are hard and this is Taylor's way of dealing with things, writing songs. It's so catchy and so much freakin fun to sing (especially while creepin'). From a blog that came from the Jonas Brothers (brand, cause you know they didn't write it all), it seems like each party in question handled the situation exactly like an 18 and 19 year old would handle any breakup. I personally am on no particular Team, I like both equally (even though I knew about tswift before jb). This is a great song to listen to while driving with your friends and singing at the top of your lungs, as is any of Taylor's songs. I was waiting on pins and needles from the first time I heard that Taylor wrote a song about Joe and I waited one very long week but it was so worth it. This may be horrible to say, but the instant I heard about "Jaylor", I couldn't wait for the news that they had broken up, because I knew that one or two Very good songs would soon follow, and so far that has come true. Now come on Jonas Brothers (Joe), where's y'alls song? Joe, if you can write a song as wonderful and fantastic as Sorry, then I can't wait for your rant about Taylor. Don't let her win! i think it's horrible that this is how most divorces end up. my parents have been divorced since i was about 2, and they make an effort to be nice. they're even friends still, somewhat. my perception of the moral to this story is make sure you know what you're doing before you rush into something that involves others who will be put in the middle of you're ridiculous crap later on. |
