I remember many years ago I was going through a difficult time in my life and had a lot of depressed and confused feeling within myself. One day there was a really big storm out, and a friend and I sat outside in the pooring rain and watched the lightning. We took a stereo and a tape with some random songs on, this being one. When I look back now, I remember listening to this track whilst sitting out in the pouring rain in mid-summer... I was amazing; I don't know why but it felt like a huge relief and to this day I concider it a turning point in my life |

I saw them live at the Reading festival 2005 - They played this song and dedicated it to a couple who were getting married. I didn't know the song that well then, so thought it a little odd on hearing that opening line! They did perform brilliantly though, plus I (and the rest of the crowd) got to be part of a scene in the video for "leader of the free world" |
