The song starts out where the little girl/boy was with there mother and the father of the child came, that's when the mother kills herself by hanging herself, "mother's neck is choked as she hangs down from the heavens bye bye" She was desperate to leave her horrible life after possibly being raped and baring child that she did not love at all,"Deadly Sweet Mother I'm pregnant my child crying I'll hold back my nausea" She kept the child safe though, because her father would perhaps rape her. Since mother was gone, the child was raped. Over and over again for a long while, the sentence, "hey, rape me again today just like you always do father's eyes wide open, burning into me" show that the child is getting very angry and tired of his/her fathers abuse and takes a very large blunt objects and swings at the fathers neck and kills him, "I thrust that thing I hid deeply, strongly, into his neck bye bye, Father" the child is alone and crying, wanting mother. Also the sentence, "Deadly Sweet Mother I'm pregnant my child crying I'll hold back my nausea." Could be that her father impregnated her and now she is pregnant with a baby she doesn't want. |

one more thing, Maybe when he says, "with my serious betrayal meaning more than my love, you will never "waver"... He is really pissed at himself that he had done such a thing to the one person he loves, and kills himself so he can always be with his one love looking over her always. |

I believe this song is about a man that is married to a women that he loves very much, but gives into his urges and commits adultery "I've betrayed our love too much..." That have might meant that he has already cheated on his wife before, but she always forgave him. Now she can't handle his betrayal and asks, "shall we end it here?..." She does and says to him, "now we cannot return to how we were three years ago..." He is left alone, the women he had cheated on his wife with is now gone and his wife is gone. He is left alone, feeling sorrow. When he says, "with my serious betrayal meaning more than my love, you will never "waver"... he means that even though he betrayed her and she left him, she will always be with him. In his memories and heart. He has probably had past relationships where he had cheated on them, but the one he is talking about in this song is the one he truly regrets because he really loved her. That is what I think. |
