Well if I remember right, Josh said in an interview that the emotions from all their albums come from what they are dealing with in their life at the time. (like As Your Voice Fades being about Toby's grandmother Now I'm not sure the exact intentions of the song, except that it was all built around "This Night Will Be Mine" being sung in Spanish. Like the last poster said, I get a similar feeling when listening to the song. |

The point is that people can believe whatever they think a song means. It's not wrong. The beauty of music how you interpret it. It's all about perspectives. But if you want to be technical, it was written as a christian seeing as Trevor explained it's intended meaning in a concert I went to a long while back. |
