I found Valencia a few months ago and quickly fell in love with them. They are so catchy, they have great chord progressions and their vocals are creative, you cant help but love them.
This song is about about someone realizing that what theyre doing is pissing off their friends and showing the maturity to try and change for the better. In return they ask their friends to help them out and give him time to change. |

I think this song is obviously about a break up, but more specifically i think it is about how actions speak louder than words. My friend recently endured a 7 month relationship with a chick who was an awful girlfriend and whenever my friend confronted her about anything she started crying and would say sorry and sh*t, and this song is saying that saying sorry like that can only work so long and eventually youre gonna have to accept the fact that "you threw away the best thing that ever happened to you" by not being a good gf. |

This song is about appreciating what you have, understanding the beauty around you, and not always thinking that there is somewhere or something better than what you have.
I too am from Seattle and I am not a fan of the weather here. I have always dreamed of moving to California but this song makes me realize that the great northwest is an amazing part of the country and that i need to be thankful for every day i live here. |
