I love joanna newsom. I recently found her on itunes...searching through tons of artists in the folk genre. Now i've been researching her. and i must say the more i read about her, read her lyrics, and hear more of her songs the more i love her. OH! and Reply to:by Gazeff on 12-05-2004 @ 02:15:04 AM A line above says " made me belt like a horse - the lyric sheet says made me bold like a horse " but it sounds like " made me bold like a whore ". Any comments ? ( BTW, I am 54 years old and Joanna is the most exciting thing I have heard in at least 2 decades ! ) THATS WHAT I THOUGHT TOO. I swear, in my head i was debateing over "make me bold like a horse, or whore." Because at the begining she does mention "gathering floozies" but i dont think the line is "BOLT like a horse" In her interviews she talks about loveing wild horses..i think she said bold. |
