I think this song is about how love is now non-existant nowadays. Sex is a way of showing your love for another person in a physical way, but turns out the love isn't there anymore. I think Anthony is saying that he'd rather be dead then have to go through life alone in a lustful world. He's striving so hard to find true love but always ends up getting hurt, and it's eating away, thus trying to say it's up to us to figure out the rest. Like he said in "I and I"..."I'm learning where to stand or to tread lightly," and love seems to be where he's treading lightly. Idk just my thoughts. |

Pretty much sounds to me like he wants nothing to do with love anymore since it's meaning has lost its value. I think he says love is just another word for lust for each other, nothing more.
This is my favorite song off the new album, and I pretty much agree with how Anthony words this new song. |

Anthony said the song and name of the album was named the walking wounded because the EMT's referred to them as the walking wounded after the wreck that killed beatz (RIP). |
