etf115, I have to say you are correct on the meaning... and Your right about the whole american thing... hell, If it were up to me I'd give everyone a fuckin reality check... but alas, it would be of no use. They are so fucking brainwashed it's pathetic. I hate this country. It's gone to shit! I hope that when Bush gets out of office things get alittle better. but I know it won't. and just so you all know, I'm an american who thinks this country is a piece of shit. we have a high infant mortality rate we're fat, Most of us can't afford health insurance, if we can any little sickness we have had before will most likely cause us not to get it. We as a country think we're hot shit but if you really look at what they are doing in Iraq you can see the murderous fist of america.

When I heard my first knot song I was hooked. (BTW it WAS on Iowa) I just think how hardcore slipknot was when they first came out. I consider my self a maggot.. but when I heard V2 I fell even deeper in love with Slipknot. It is my favorite song on the album. But you have to really listen to how different they were back in the day and compare that with the other albums. I loved the hate kill mame destroy album (if I got it wrong sorry) I love the s/t one even Iowa.. I absolutely LOVED vol.3 But all hope is gone weeeeelllllll The Album title says it for me... I was truely disappointed. really... usually their WHole album is great. but there's like 2 maybe 3 good songs... It was a total disappointment. they changed their masks. (again) and it just seems like they i dunno... sold out... as much as I love slipknot I can't listen to their new album without thinking WTF weere they thinking... it's mainstreaming now... WTF?????? you know? anyway I'm done...
Vermillion pt 2 is a beautiful BEAUTIFUL song. and everyone has their own interperatations... Just cuz the new album sucks ass doesn't mean that I'm not a maggot... it just means it's not really as hardcore as it once was. (to me anyway)
