| The original lyrics above are correct minus the verse "limitless chest of dreams". It is actually "limitless chest of tales" rather than "dreams". I'm irritated like no other because the lyrics posted everywhere else are wrong. My friend showed me the lyrics from the single from the actual back of the case and I was so irritated to find out it wasn't "empty grave of Peter Pan" because that was actually my favorite lyric. I was singing this song wrong for over a week now! | |

I find it funny that quite a few people were saying that Nightwish's songs were "irrelivent" in life. They don't directly say things, but you have to read in between the lines. That is one thing I LOVE about Nightwish... It's a different sound and they just write their songs brilliantly. "Wish I had an Angel" to me always seemed like it was about a man wanting a woman's virginity. I like how Morana interpreted it. It makes more of an understanding to what the song is really about. But I think that you can take this song and relate it to what you want. I have to say when I first heard this song I was in love with it, other people I know HATE this song with a passion... and Nightwish at that. But it's because they are too lazy and ignorant to try Nightwish's different sound and just stick to the mainstream rock that all sounds the same if you ask me... |
