It says "AND DON'T LEAVE these pillowcases need you." Not and always. Anyway, I think it's about a married couple, one is considering leaving & the other is reminding them how much they love them & don't want them to go. They're they saying they would shower them with flowers, love, etc if they stay. Also, they're saying how they said they would alwayslovethem & neverleavethem. :D Cute song, amazing band. |

I think... He once knew this girl, possibly a girlfriend, lover or something. It didn't work out cause she lacked something he wanted. Now, she's famous. He sees in her then, what he didn't see before ("I’m curious how you manage to look so good for those cameras") ("I’m curious how do you t-t-turn me on through those cameras"). He's saying she didn't look like that/couldn't do that to him before she became famous & it amazes him how different she is. He wants to hear her voice outloud to make sure she's even the same person. He's always thinking about her & how he blew it. I think that's it anyway. |

Maybe it's just me, but does anyone else get the feeling the girl in the song is just telling him she's engaged??? Like, that makes her off-limits, therefore he'll want her more && she knows it. That's why he keeps asking where the boy with the ring is at. So she hangs around him and pretends to be insulted by his coming on to her. Ehh? |

"I don't need you But I hate that you feel like home" I love that line. So powerful. It shows how much she wants, needs him, but she wishes so bad she didn't. So she trys to convince herself she doesn't. Pretty much what the whole song is about, they're both trying to convince themselves & each other they don't need the other. Wonderful song. |
