It's definitely "Fuck the war!" They even have a pin that has the line on it.

The last line sounds more to me like "Mon coeur changera de l'acier à la poussiere" - my heart will change the steel to dust or (more likely) my heart will change from steel to dust.

(Actually, it sounds more to me like "Mon coeur changera QUE l'acier à la poussiere", but the grammar of that seems off to me, oui?)

The French verb for "to rust" is "rouiller", not "roullIer", and it is pronounced rwee-ay, not roo-eer. I'm fairly certain the correct line in the song is "J'ai peur que je vais MOURIR ce soir", meaning "I'm afraid that I will die tonight."

Several of the lines in the (French) transcription are definitely wrong.

I believe the line should be "You raised a trembling glass and shouted 'Fuck the WAR!'", not world.

No, "secher" is definitely right and makes total sense, because the first line of the song is actually "il pleut, il pleut" which means "it's raining".
