This song reminds me of last summer, funny how it says "your voice is the soundtrack of my summer." Last summer I fell in love with some at the beach I go to. All summer he was all I could think about, he was my life that summer (we were never bf/gf, I kinda admired him from afar). When summer ended and I had to go back home "Today is a winding road thats taking me to place that I didn't want to go" I was so upset. I remember staying up all those nights wondering where he was and when I would see him again, I even cried most nights before going to sleep. But time healed it. After a while I got over him, but right when I was over him guess what happened, I go back to my beach house and he is there. I realized I'm really not over him "I don't want to ever love another, you will always be my thunder". Now I know I can't let him get to me like that anymore, I won't ever let it happen again.
