this song means so much to me.. i never noticed it till i saw the title. because my name's kristy. i was saving my first time for marriage. but i was raped 3 years ago by someone i trusted at that time more than my own mother. i read the lyrics before i ever heard the song, and it was my story in a song.. and the stories of a lot of other people too. ".. clouds of time Seem to rain on innocence left behind It never goes away." --lots of people make mistakes, and get wronged, get over it, and move on. but when something like rape happens.. you never get over it.. it really never ends.
