okay well theres a part in these lyrics that needs to be fixed. i know for sure that its actually "so explain myself to me on the other side, im gonna want some answers when i die." instead of "Well explain myself to me on the other side I'll watch from Heaven when I die" thats wrong. if you watch the At the Bottom video on youtube where jesse lacey is in the studio singing it, he doesnt say "ill watch from heaven when i die." |

oh Brand New i love you guys. when i first listen to the album on 9/20/09 (2 days before album came out but i pre-ordered it) :D i didnt like it very much but now i love it so much. well back to the meaning of this song which i love.
i agree with the fight club reference. im not sure what the song means exactly but its really catchy :) |

this is one of my favorite songs ever, its so deep and powerful. a situation like this seriously sucks and no one deserves to go through it and it makes me sad that jesse had to go through it. but im glad he came up with a great song that everyone can maybe relate to in some way or another..
well as for the song meaning its about adam of taking back sunday who hooked up with jesse's ex girl at the time. some might not know this but jesse was part of tbs before he came to brand new. praise the lord that brand new was formed. i dont know what id do without them. they absorb my life :D i cant wait till they come out with a new album nd go on tour. whos with me?!! lol |

It reminds me of how I always find the guys that want to do the sexual stuff & im am completely unprepared for it..I mean, im a doulbe virgin. Never been kissed never had sex..hence the double. Nd it sux when someone u really like and wanna get closer to just wants that from u. It kinda makes u feel cheap.
