I don't know about the meaning, but, since no one seems to know this, I wanted to point it out. "Rock City" is Chattanooga, TN. KoL grew up near Nashville, where I live. Everyone knows that Chattanooga is Rock City. "See Rock City" use to be painted on the roofs of barns down highway 41 all the way to Chattanooga. |

I believe this song was inspired (maybe unconsciously) by On the Street Where You Live in My Fair Lady. Lyrics: Freddy When she mentioned how her aunt bit off the spoon, She completely done me in.
