Its about his mum, Judith Marie, hense the name. She was in a coma for 27 years until she died. I assume she was a practising Christian before the coma. As im sure most people reading this know, MJK has a strong opinion on religion as he believes in people being unique and feel theres no space for that within religion. "Oh so many ways for me to show you how your savior has abandoned you" This shows his feel towards religion and how he cant understand her worshipping a god that lets this happen to its 'children'. "It's not like you killed someone It's not like you drove a hateful spear into his side" This implies that she never deserved bad done to her, as she didnt go out of her way to hurt someone. "Praise the one who left you broken down and paralyzed" This is a blatent remark to his mother being left in a coma, and is the god guys so good, then how did he let it happen.
