This song pretty much describes Charlie Sheens way of living atm! I know it isn't written about him, but it really sounds like it! |

The lyrics say heroine and not heroin. Just to clear that out, so I'm guessing he felt very hopeless and not to have anyone to emotionally rely on made him simply feel just like an "addict with no heroine" no one there to save him.. And I also believe the addiction is to antidepressants. Truly haunting and emotionally touching songs. I see way too much of myself in it. Except i do have a heroine, if she was around all the time i wouldn't even need anti-d's. |

| Silverchair – Asylum Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| In many ways i think it's about escapism, we all feel like we just wanna fall right through the soil to our own well yeah, asylum and just think things through when we're troubled, only daniel knows for sure since he wrote it, but this is how i interprete it anyway :) | |

I'm pretty sure it's not about a girl at all. He wrote this during rehab and the more you go through the lyrics the more obvious it gets that this is about him trying to stay away from the drugs, he's trying to stay in every way that he can. |

| SR-71 – Last Man On The Moon Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| I think it's simply about being lazy :) | |
| SR-71 – Alive Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| It's a true story I know, and is about a friend of Mitch who finally had the courage to leave her violent husband/boyfriend and leave everything hard about her past behind. great song, great lyrics! | |
| SR-71 – All American Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| The lyrics aren't entirely correct, but this song is about being a kid and turn into a teenager, I can see myself in it. I believe it's also about when you're a kid, you don't really have any problems life is quite perfect, but as time goes and you grow older and maybe a little wiser, you start getting more miserable and suddenly there's problems everywhere, I think we've all been through this shit. | |
| SR-71 – The One Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| It might be about his highschool years, I can't tell for sure, but i'm guessing something like that, when he was a teenager and wanted to be something more then just an ordinary american or something :) | |

It's impossible to hate this song, no matter what mood i'm in, it always cheers me up. And I can't believe they didn't make a single out of this one, i'm tellin' you this one would have been a huge hit!! "I always thought i'd rather be considered lucky then good" yeah i'm living like that haha! :) |

| SR-71 – Here We Go Again Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| No further explanation to this song is needed really haha, but it's hilarious, man I hope I never get to date a girl like that! | |
| SR-71 – The Best Is Yet To Come Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| Actually Mitch wrote this song about himself, I read in an interview that he was going through the worst time of his life and simply wrote this one to try to cheer himself up. But yeah it's like you say, we've all been there, I have and it always feels good to know you're not alone about these things. | |
