It was written by Jake (the drummer) He wrote it about his girlfriend who he was dating for 5 years. He ended up finding out on their anniversary she was cheating on him - ( my friend asked him what it was about hah. ) "wash over Georgia and kill the hurt" He's from Georgia. I ove this song! It's beautiful. Really sad. |
