This is a song I'll have on my mp3 player for a while now. I feel totally crushed after coming out of a relationship and I'm trying to find hope that I will be able to find the girl that I thought I had. "Now watch me rise up and leave all the ashes you made out of me When you said that we were wrong, life goes on, you blew me away" I'm trying to find the strength to get to that 'rising up' stage at the moment. |

This is one of a couple of songs that echoes how I'm feeling at the moment. I'd thought I'd found someone special who did all this for me: "There's gotta be someone I can count on and fend for In my life at last someone Who’d make me surrender " We'd had a few problems and were temporarily living apart. During this time I felt I'd changed a lot and we were finally going to be really happy together, but she never got the chance to see that before she ending things. At the moment I don't feel like I'll ever find a person who can make me feel the same way as I did about her, but I hope I can and that I come back stronger from this - "Just wait until you see How much a change could make you see 'Cause you don't know better than me " |
