There is a Cemetery across the street from my school (i am actually looking at it while I type). Sometimes during my lunch, I will wander ‘round in there, blasting Cemetery Gates on my headphones, and just think. The song gives me chills. before i read the lyrics, i always thought he had killed her and felt remorse. I don't really know. |

i heard that pinball wizard was written as a single before Tommy. When they recorded demos for, the producer said it is good but he cant hear a "hit" so pete rewrote pinballwizard, changing to lyrics to fit the tommy theme |

hey Rebbal Ace I am a huge punk and metal fan. alot of metallica fans font realize that with out the misfits, there would be no metallica... thus thier would be no Dream Theater (look'em up ppl. Prog metal!) It drives me crazy when fans of metal say punk sucks because it is simple... punk is about the message. the energy. I am planning to make a music video of this song... with two of my friends. One of them will be playing guitar in it (in the background) and the other will be singing / main character/ I am thinking about not trying to make the video too specific... meaning i wont include murder in the vid. half of it will be them "playing/singing" and during the chorus it will be shots of the guy driving and singing... What do you think? BTW I think both Danzig and Graves kicked @ss... and Jerry Only needs vocal lessons... |
