| those song order i wrote are how the MUSIC was written not the vocals we went on the poison the well tour with vocals done to robot pt 3 and hot wool on water, there are actually demos of that on my computer with demo vocals. but throughout the tour we continued writing vocals for alex english and then we played it towards the end as an encore in jacksonville florida for the first time, so parts of the song vocally are actually made up on the spot cause the song was not finailized completely. | |

here is a note to take when interpreting dgd lyrics, probably 95% of the time the screaming and singing do no really have to do with each other, but end up sounding like they do. the screamed parts are a hate song on the music industry mainly but the first line has two references, one is referring to all those stupid shitty clothing companies that give us free clothes to wear on stage so kids will think they are cool, and the other one is personal ha actually i think i could give two meanings to all the lyrics neato |

the song after people you know is not titled as far as i know, the lyrics are uneasy hearts weigh the most which became the name of the r&b song which is what we called it until the end of recording. and we called hot wool on water salsa for a long time because of the part where it goes stop now you've ruined it all, cause its kinda mexican salsa ish rhythmn n shit id have to listen to dashing you and bold again to know the lyrics, it kinda makes me cringe to listen to that cause it was the second song ever recorded, and i sound like shit. first was a burning down demo then attack and importance of cocaine demo, followed by rain in vietnam Jonnys lyrics are most likely nothing audible cause he was extremely drunk when recording and made his parts up at the studio. the beginning is wide silent cars antiques that arent too old collard greens dashing, dashing young and bold not too nostalgic, uhh then some other stuff you're right ive been lying about my secret underground lair report to the bridge the captain is sick with the flu and needs medicine im going to my secret lair underground, drop down, drop it thats not really in order, but yeah ill have to listen to that song again |

havent you ever seen the show laguna beach?? its right mannn here's a cool neat fact the songs were written in this order Alex english uneasy hearts Hot water on wool people you know robot pt 3 then we went on a tour came back zoloft buffalo rock solid mental preprogramming then it was like lets make a pop song so then came skyhook and last was caviar which was written in our band house garage and burning down pt2 is an old farewell unknown song called last lullaby which had parts taken from it to become burning down pt 1, (the breakdown chorus thing) and the part where the singing comes in is from a song called good advice from bad movies by farewell unknown. so burning down part 2 is really part negative one, the only thing new thing is the vocals and a few guitar parts. its a tribute basically since all original members were in farewell unknown at some point, (i played guitar for like 6 months and screamed on a song) also skyhook was almost not recorded on vocals cause of time constraint and hating, so will wrote all the sung lyrics and meloldies to that song and arranged the vocals. He did that for the robot vs heroin battle of vietnam, which was oringinally called the rain in vietnam and kurt and i didnt write any of the music nor really helped much at all, but the song after people you know kurt recorded and wrote himself before he was in the band. |
