i love the unicorns, honestly you can tell that their lyrics and everything are just them having fun..everything flows so well. they tell fun stories and the music is up beat and catchy..i've never heard a song of theirs that i didn't like. they're awesome. |

i also agree with ramthar..and this song is amazing. my boyfriend has it set as his alarm clock tone, so i hear it every morning...yeah, its lost a little of its appeal over the years, but a full run through is always a pleasant listening experience. |

how is there only one comment on this song? this song is amaaaaaazing. i never really listened to grandaddy much until recently and they are pretty great, but this song has stuck out to me...it's melody, and spacy sounds...so calming and smooth..simply beautiful. |

I love this song. He has a way of saying so much with such simple lyrics. I really just want to meet him and just have a conversation with Isaac because honestly, I've never been completely infatuated with a band before, and Modest Mouse has me hooked, I really don't understand it. They are amazing...this song is amazing...my favorite part:

This has to be one of my favorite Modest Mouse songs ever, even though that is hard to say, because there are so many...I discovered this band way too late, I just feel bad for people who will never get to hear the excellence that is Modest Mouse. Isaac Brock is a fu**ing genius, no one will ever know exactly what he means in his lyrics, that's the way it should be. Self interpretation is best. Everyone relates to things in a different way. The way that I feel about M.M. is that they are true artists...they have passion for what they do and it shows. I don't think any song is ever performed the same...they improvise and change things, make it interesting. I am truly envious of anyone who has ever seen them in concert. But I definitely don't think that this song is about cocaine...because these lyrics are deeper than that. |
