wow...I really love this song...it makes me so sad. It's one of the few songs that make me want to cry just because i feel so sad for the characters, I want to know if she ever finds the love of her life, I wanna give her a hug!!! |

I believe the song is about someone who has just gotten out of an amazing relationship with someone. This person would have really loved for the relationship to work out, but has come to terms with the fact it will never work out in the end. The person just wants the other person in the relationship to see that it is hard, but that it will be ok, although they can't see it now. I agree with the previous comment about the last night...the main person just wants one more night with the person, a night that really gets things sorted out, or rather the point is he doesn't want to sort things out and just be with the person...but in the morning he will be gone, no longer able to cause anymore pain and not have to worry about being hurt himself either. |
