| Ah! There's a verse wrong. 'So justify the reason to kill. I bet you will. Fooling no one but yourself. I wish you well.' Is what it's supposed to be. I have the CD and it says so in the lyrics inside it! | |

| This song is definately about how lust can destroy love. 'Distance is safer than trust. Honestly honesty's a fable in love' (That would have to be my favorite line) | |

| I agree with Dr J. I think he nailed it down right there. | |

Okay, I don't think the 'Her' in this song is exactly an actual woman or female. It like when someone calls a car a 'she' or any thing in that mannar. The 'Her' In this (In my opinion) Is something that the person in the song had begun to throw his life away for, craving it, wanting it. Whether it be a drug or power or wealth. He's lying to those who love him, 'One more lie destroys out trust in you, our love for you' indulging in the modern day sins, 'ficticious styles of living, we've expected to work. But this is all you're giving, Half of what your worth' Instead of being the person he could be, he's destroying him self for the thing he desires, "As you kiss the abstract, and pray it's every thing you'd hope for. The smell of her, the thrill of her, the fruit of her, The use of her, it's killing everything you've worked for" This indicates that he/she might have started out as an honest person, later corrupted by sin. The last part, "The smell of her, the thrill of her, the fruit of her, Lucifer" Indicates that the obession that has made this person destroy their life so recklessly is nothing more than a sin. This is what I think. ^_^ -Silecene Alethea |

I think this is from two points of view. Let me show you what I mean: In the first verse, First: Crouched over You were not there Living in fear. Second: Signs were not really that scarce Obvious tears. But I will not Hide you through this First: I want you to help And please see The bleeding heart perched on my shirt I don't really know. It's just something that came to my attention and I'm wondering if anyone else noticed. I like the drug theory, it makes more sense to me. "Here we are with your obsession" |

| This song is awesom. First time I heard it I couldn't stop listening to it. I played it over and over all night long. Not that many songs hook me like that. The meaning of it is beautiful (Or, at least the meaning it has to me) Of course, to me it's about that true love that doesn't exist in so many ways. That love that would drive a person to the end, hand in hand with the one they love, willing to face even death if it would prove just how much they loved that person, to die with them and for them. To give them their life. (I've also heard about the hidden story to the songs off of 'I brought you my Bullets, you brought me your love' Read an interview a while back, so I don't remember much of it. This is just my personal interpretation of it.) | |
