I mostly agree with Th0rn here, except for the end. I don't think the end is he found help and got better then lived happily ever after. "But there's no tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow" Makes me think he ended up killing himself (there's no tomorrow for him?) in the song anyway.. But the part about being discovered mixes that up so I don't know. Doesn't quite sound right, but maybe he ended up in a mental home or something. But apart from that end bit, it sounds spot on :) |

no offense - but the kate bush version sucks - placebo have done a awesome job on the cover :) i love it. I agree with what most others have said about the swapping places with a loved one or someone close to them to help them deal with what they're going through. But what about where it says "Unaware that I'm tearing you asunder" From that i get that the singer is maybe part of the reason that the other person is stuggling with life..or something like that, maybe the singer is making the problem worse even though he is trying to help?. I dont really know, just guessing - what do you think? |
