| you know, i can't even credit them with breakdowns. there are just far too fucking many of them, you hear one nearly every other measure. aside from their apparent phobia of decent song structure, the lyrics are mediocre at best, and instrumentally they seem to be in love with the same seven notes. all in all, anybody who purchases an elysia album probably has no credible taste in music. | |

definitely not about war. halfcraft's comment should be disregarded. or laughed at. 1 2 3 go probably was not a planned lyric. just one of those things. i think the last part of the song is a sort of plea to the former vocalist, or at least lets the fans know that they know where they're headed without him. "imposters on the fast track to public execution" they, or at least the writer, probably realized where the band was headed after the loss and rearrangement of members. they lost a nice chunk of their fan base, public execution. i'm not going to interpret the entire song word-for-word, i just feel it's safe to assume that the depressing future of the band is the idea of this song. |
