Here's an interpretation: the songwriter, when he says that he crossed a line (for you), crosses a line in a different planar reality that separates the two great supernatural forces: God and Satan. God and his faithful are blue; Satan and his faithful are yellow. Perhaps the writer thinks that God is a hoax and failure and that Satan, the supernatural underdog, had and has more right in the long run. |
