yeah i absoloutly love ths song, my favouurite blink song, dont know weather they are singing about a death, or someone just leaving. however i feel the first verse is defintely mark describing how he sees them living together, and uses examples from the nightmare before christmas to show this,, e.g jack and sally. i feel in toms verse he feels less about their future, he just wants them to be back together, and describes the pain he feels towards not being with her, overall beautiful song! |

i feel this song is what mike describes when he closes his eyes and imagins he was somewhere else, e.g 'peace on a beach', this is what he is trying to imagin in his mind. at the begining, it describes that as he closes his eyes, he cannot see his surroundings in england, 'these walls were never really there, nor the cieling, nore the chair.' towards the end i feel he is trying to convince himself he is not just a loonie, and he really is there in his mind if u understand. ' im not trapped in a box, im glancing at docks.' well this is what i believe im sure there are many other explinations. but its a great song in my eyes. |
